Frequently Asked Questions

At what times are the check-ins and check outs?

Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at 9PM. Please note that we are not a hotel. Please let us know your time of arrival in the commentary box so that we know at what time we must send someone at the apartment to welcome you and to give you the keys of the flat. Check-out are before 12pm.

Is there a parking space with the apartment?

No, but all of our apartments are located close to a secured public parking lot

Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?

Yes we provide towels and bes sheets.

Does the price include a cleaning service?

No. In order to make sure that the flat is clean for every client, we charge a extra 12€ cleaning fee on top of the total amount of your stay

Will I sign a short term rental agreement ?

Yes, we will sign a short term rental agreement during the check-in.

Do I have to make an advance payment on the day of the booking ?

Yes, if your stay lasts over 3 nights, we ask for a 30% advance payment in order to confirm your booking. The balance (70%) will be charged on the day of check-in. If you stay less than 3 nights, the full amount of your stay will be charged on the day of the booking.

Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?

Yes we can hand you an invoice during check-out if you request so.

Cancelation policy

All bookings are definitive and non refundable.

Are animals allowed in the apartments ?

Animals are not allowed in the apartments

Can I smoke in the apartments ?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.
